At the beginning of the talk, we will explore the role of revision control in promoting open-source software development. Cheuk will talk about how open-source software contribution is made possible with tools like git and GitHub. Next Cheuk will review how most database is lacking this revision control feature. She will also talk about why that is a problem and how we can improve. In this talk, Cheuk may demo some Python code with the use of TerminusDB, which is an open-source graph database.
